Ok you guys, I am totally in love with this new Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie I made today! This smoothie tastes just like it sounds, it’s thick and creamy, and full of oaty-blueberry goodness! (Is oaty a word? My spell checker keeps trying to change it, but I kinda dig the word oaty. 🙂 )
Breakfast, it’s one of my favorite meals of the day! I especially love breakfast dishes that are super easy to make and have enough leftovers so I can easily heat them up the next morning. These Mini Ham and Cheese Frittatas are all of those, easy to make, and easy to reheat the next day….
