I used to love eating toast with peanut butter and bananas on it, but since going Gluten Free I needed to find new ways…
Ok…Three words: Strawberry Mint Smoothie that is Low in Fat…ahhh, you had me at Strawberry. 😛 So I am totally digging spring, is anyone else? The sun is shining, people are happy, fresh fruit is everywhere! I’m loving it! 🙂 So you all are probably thinking, ‘hey, you live in Florida isn’t it always summer?’
Ok guys, it’s time to brush off the dust on my Juicer… I don’t know what happened, I sorta fell off the wagon for juicing.
On a recent trip to the Bahamas, I would have one of these drinks daily. There’s nothing better then sitting on the beach with your toes in the sand, and a coconut drink in your hand:) We found this great little place in Freeport near the Straw Market that made really good coconut drinks.
Fall is officially here and it’s time again for me to consume everything pumpkin. 😛 The minute Starbucks announces they have Pumpkin Spice Lattes, I’m there! Well…until I actually read what was in their Pumpkin Spice Latte.
