Ok you guys, I have been on a major smoothie kick all summer. I’ve been experimenting every morning with a new smoothie for breakfast. This Blueberry Coconut Smoothie is Dairy Free and so delicious! (no pun intended since I used So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt) 🙂
Ok you guys, I am totally in love with this new Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie I made today! This smoothie tastes just like it sounds, it’s thick and creamy, and full of oaty-blueberry goodness! (Is oaty a word? My spell checker keeps trying to change it, but I kinda dig the word oaty. 🙂 )

On a recent trip to the Bahamas, I would have one of these drinks daily. There’s nothing better then sitting on the beach with your toes in the sand, and a coconut drink in your hand:) We found this great little place in Freeport near the Straw Market that made really good coconut drinks.
