Fennel Lemon Mint Burrata Salad

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim stem off of Fennel bulb
  2. Thinly julienne the Fennel bulb and add it to a large bowl
  3. Add Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, EVOO, and Mint leaves
  4. Mix well so all is coated evenly
  5. Marinade for 10 minutes
  6. Top with Burrata and enjoy!
