Air Fryer Keto Crab Cakes

These Air Fryer Keto Crab Cakes are super easy to make and will definitely create a taste explosion in your mouth! These are grain-free so they are also gluten-free as well.



For the Crab Cakes:

  • 2 6oz Cans Lump Crab Meat drained
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Shallot finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbs Mayo
  • 2 tsp Dijon
  • 2 Tbs Melted Butter
  • Lemon Wedges for serving

For the Dipping Sauce:

  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper


  1. Add Crab Meat, Flour, Shallots, Parsley, Old Bay, Salt, Pepper, Egg, Mayo and Dijon to a medium size bowl
  2. Form into patties and place them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
  3. Brush melted Butter over patties and place in your air fryer basket at 400F for 10-15 minutes, flipping half way through
  4. Add all ingredients for the Dipping Sauce into a small bowl and mix well
  5. Taste and add more seasoning to your liking
  6. Serve with the Crab Cakes
  7. Enjoy!


Makes 4-5 patties. Serving size depends on if you are serving it as an appetizer or meal.

Cook time is 10-15 minutes depending on how crispy you like them. I prefer mine more crispy so I cooked them for 15 minutes.
