Applewood Smoked Bacon & Pork Loin Breakfast Skillet

This Applewood Smoked Bacon & Pork Loin Breakfast Skillet is made with real fresh, all natural ingredients and is loaded with flavor!




  1. Heat 12 inch cast iron skillet over med/high heat
  2. Add 1 Tbs Cooking Oil
  3. When oil starts to shimmer add Pork
  4. Sauté 8-10 minutes or until Pork is cooked all the way through
  5. Remove Pork and set aside
  6. Add 1 Tbs oil to skillet
  7. Add Peppers and Onions, sauté 5-6 minutes until slightly softened
  8. Add Spinach and sauté 1-2 minutes
  9. In a small bowl whisk together Eggs
  10. Create a hole in the middle of the skillet by moving the Peppers and Onions aside
  11. Pour Eggs into the hole, cook them 1-2 minutes until scrambled
  12. Add Pork back into skillet, mix well and remove from heat
  13. Serve and enjoy!
