Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Gorgonzola




  1. In a large cast iron skillet cook Bacon over medium heat until desired crispiness
  2. Remove Bacon and place on paper towels to drain the grease
  3. Chop Bacon into bite size pieces and set aside
  4. Keep at least 2 Tbs of the bacon grease in the pan
  5. Add Brussels to skillet and turn up heat to med/high and sauté 5-7 minutes until slightly softened and edges are crispy
  6. Add Bacon back into skillet
  7. Add Gorgonzola stir and cook about 1 minute until cheese has melted
  8. Serve and add more Gorgonzola crumbs if desired
  9. Enjoy!
