Butternut Squash Burrito Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 10oz package Green Giant Riced Veggies Butternut Squash
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 15oz can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 34 Lime wedges
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Green Giant Riced Veggies Butternut Squash as directed on package
  2. Add Butternut Squash to a large bowl and mix in Chili Powder, Cumin, and Salt. Taste and add more seasonings to your liking if needed.
  3. Divide Butternut Squash evenly among bowls
  4. Add Black Beans, Tomatoes, Avocado, drizzle with Lime Juice and add Cilantro for garnish
  5. Enjoy!
