- 1 lb boneless Pork Loin
- 1/4 cup Pure Organic Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbs Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Jerk Seasoning
- non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place pork on baking sheet.
- In small dish combine maple syrup, chili powder, and jerk seasoning, stir until mixed.
- Reserve 2 Tbs of this glaze for the end.
- Pour the rest of the glaze over the pork and coat all sides with it.
- Bake uncovered 15 minutes, turn pork over, and bake 15 more minutes.
- Brush reserved glaze over pork.
- Slice pork and serve.
