Easy Sweet Cornbread (Gluten Free), this is so easy to make and super delicious!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tbs Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 3 Tbs Honey
  • non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Spray sides and bottom of loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In medium bowl add dry ingredients, mix well.
  4. Add egg, butter, milk and honey and mix until moistened.
  5. Pour into loaf pan.
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until center comes clean when sticking a toothpick in it.
  7. Let sit for 15-20 minutes before cutting into.
  8. Enjoy!
