1 Fennel bulb
1 Tbs Lemon Zest
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tbs EVOO
6 fresh Mint leaves julienned
3 – 4 oz Burrata

Instructions

Wash and trim stem off of Fennel bulb
Thinly julienne the Fennel bulb and add it to a large bowl
Add Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, EVOO, and Mint leaves
Mix well so all is coated evenly
Marinade for 10 minutes
Top with Burrata and enjoy!
