This Gluten Free Oven Fried Jerk Chicken is super easy to make and is loaded with flavor! This may be your new favorite way to make chicken!

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts skin on bone in
  • 1 cup Gluten Free Panko
  • 1 Tbs Jerk Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In shallow dish add heavy cream, I used a pie plate.
  3. In large plate add panko and jerk seasoning, mix well.
  4. Cover 1 baking sheet with tin foil and place a wire rack on top to set the chicken on.
  5. Add each piece of chicken to the heavy cream and coat all sides.
  6. Then dip each piece of chicken into the panko mix and coat all sides.
  7. Place the chicken on top of wire rack breast side up.
  8. Bake 1 hour.
  9. Enjoy!
