Grilled Asian Chicken

Grilled Asian Chicken made with a simple marinade that makes the chicken so flavorful!


Units Scale
  • 4 boneless skinless Chicken breasts
  • For the Marinade:
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/4 cup Tamari gluten free soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbs Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tbs Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp minced Ginger
  • 1 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes


  1. Mix together marinade ingredients
  2. Place chicken in a large glass dish or ziploc bag
  3. Pour marinade over chicken
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
  5. Prepare grill
  6. Cook chicken over indirect heat for 30-35 minutes or until no longer pink in middle
  7. Make sure to check the chicken every 5-10 minutes, flip and move the chicken around on the grill to prevent burning
