I made an easy peasy marinade for this Grilled Chicken with Lemon and Parsley. It’s made with ingredients that you probably already have on hand. So get ready to fire up the grill!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

For the Marinade

  • 1/2 cup White Cooking Wine
  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • Juice from 1 large Lemon
  • 2 Tbs fresh chopped Italian Flat Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients for the marinade
  2. Place Chicken in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 hours (the longer you marinate the more flavorful the Chicken will be)
  4. Heat grill to 450 degrees
  5. Place Chicken on grill, cover, and cook approximately 5 minutes each side
  6. Remove Chicken from grill and place on a platter
  7. Cover with tinfoil and let rest 10 minutes, this allows the Chicken to further cook on the inside and will keep it tender and juicy
  8. Enjoy!

Notes

Cook time will vary depending on how thick your chicken breasts are. Always cook chicken until the thickest part of the breast reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
