Grilled Honey Lime Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Jumbo Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 5 cloves minced Garlic
  • 3 Tbs Honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbs Lime Juice (approximately 1 lime)
  • Dash of Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 Limes sliced into large chunks

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl add Rice Vinegar, EVOO, Garlic, Honey, Lime Juice, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt, and Pepper.
  2. Whisk together
  3. Add Shrimp and marinade in fridge for 30 minutes
  4. Place Shrimp and Lime wedges onto skewers
  5. Grill at 425 degrees
  6. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until Shrimp is fully cooked
  7. Enjoy!
