Grilled Lemon Salmon Skewers

These Grilled Lemon Salmon Skewers can be prepped and grilled in about 20 minutes! They are so tender and flaky inside with a bit of charred crispiness on the outside.


  • 2 lbs Salmon cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 Lemons sliced thin
  • 1 Lemon sliced in half
  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • EVOO


  1. Heat grill to medium heat or around 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Skewer the Lemon Slices in between the Salmon pieces
  3. Brush with EVOO
  4. Lightly sprinkle with Sea Salt and Pepper
  5. Place the 2 Lemon halves on the grill, cut side down
  6. Grill the Salmon turning occasionally until fish is opaque throughout, about 10 minutes or until internal temp is 145 degrees
  7. Remove Skewers and Lemon halves from grill
  8. When the Lemon halves are cooled to the touch squeeze the juice over the Salmon
  9. Enjoy!
