These Leftover Turkey Gouda Grilled Cheese sandwiches are easy to throw together for a simple lunch the next day.


  • 2 slices Gluten Free bread
  • A few thick slices of leftover Turkey
  • 1 thick slice of Apple Smoked Gouda Cheese
  • Butter


  1. Heat frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of a slice of bread and place butter side down in the pan.
  3. Add Gouda and Turkey.
  4. Butter one side of second slice of bread and top the Turkey with butter side up.
  5. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side until each slice of bread is golden and crispy and the cheese is nice and melted.
  6. Enjoy!
