How To Make Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto


  • 1 cup (3oz package) Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1/4 cup EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Slivered Almonds
  • 2 Garlic Cloves peeled


  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor
  2. Pulse 20-30 seconds, stopping and scraping down the sides in between
  3. Add more EVOO or water if it looks to thick
  4. The texture should be smooth and not pasty
  5. Makes about 1 cup
