Mango Mint Smoothie with Chia Seeds

Happy New Year everyone! It’s New Year’s Day, so let’s get on with our New Years resolutions! This morning I’m enjoying this Mango Mint Smoothie with Chia Seeds…Yum Yum Yum!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 2 Bananas peeled
  • 1 Mango peeled and cored
  • 1020 fresh Mint leaves, depending on how minty you like it
  • 2 Tbs Chia Seed Gel

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well, about 30 seconds.
  2. Enjoy!
