This Parmesan Dill Salmon Burger with Garlic Aioli has such an amazing flavor, and is super easy to make! We made this version Gluten Free!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 7.5 oz can premium Wild Salmon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Shallot finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup Gluten Free Panko
  • Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
  • 1 tsp Dill Weed
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl add Salmon, remove any skin or bones
  2. Add shallot, parmesan, panko, dill weed, lemon juice and egg.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Form into 2 burger patties.
  5. Heat olive oil in large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Add Salmon patties.
  7. Cook 3-4 minutes each side.
  8. Enjoy!
