Portobello Mushroom Pizza


  • 2 large Portobella Mushroom Caps
  • 1 cup Marinara or Pizza Sauce
  • 45 large Basil leaves
  • 45 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Remove stems from Mushroom caps, chop up and place them back in the caps.
  3. Place Mushrooms on a baking sheet with a wire rack.
  4. Add Marinara Sauce to the inside of each Mushroom cap.
  5. Top with Basil, Tomatoes, and Cheese.
  6. Bake 20 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
