  • 2 gluten free Ciabatta Rolls
  • 2 Tbs Basil Pesto
  • 2 Tbs Alfalfa Sprouts
  • 2 slices Tomatoes
  • 24 slices Mozzarella (depending how big the package is, cut to fit the ciabatta)
  • 6 slices Prosciutto

Instructions

  1. Spread Basil Pesto onto each Ciabatta Roll
  2. Add Sprouts, Tomatoes, Mozzarella, and Prosciutto
  3. Enjoy!
