Rosemary Parmesan Crisps


  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbs fresh Rosemary finely chopped
  • Parchment Paper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet with Parchment Paper
  3. In a small bowl mix Parmesan and Rosemary together
  4. Scoop 1 Tbs of mixture onto baking sheet for each crisp 2 inches apart from each other
  5. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese starts to turn brown on the edges
  6. Remove from oven and place chips on paper towels to drain the grease
  7. Serve once cooled
  8. Makes approximately 12 chips
