Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas




  1. Mix together Chili Powder, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Cumin, Oregano, Salt, and Pepper
  2. Sprinkle seasoning over both sides of Chicken Cutlets
  3. Spread 1/2 of the Fire Roasted Tomatoes on the bottom of a Slow Cooker
  4. Layer 1/2 of the Peppers and Onions over the Tomatoes
  5. Add Chicken, then top with remaining Tomatoes, Peppers, Onions, and Lime Juice
  6. Cover and cook on Low 6 hours or High 3 hours
  7. Serve with Soft Tortilla Shells
  8. Enjoy!
