Spiced Pear Bellini

This Spiced Pear Bellini is so light, refreshing, and festive! This is a super easy cocktail to make and is so versatile. You could have this for Brunch, with Appetizers, or even Dessert!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 15oz can Diced Pears
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • White Sugar
  • 1 bottle Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Wet the rim of the flute glasses, I used a lime wedge for this but water works just as well
  2. Pour Sugar and Cinnamon on a flat plate
  3. Dip rim of flute glasses into Sugar and Cinnamon mixture and coat the rims well
  4. Add Diced Pears to blender, reserve the juice and set aside
  5. Blend until Pears are pureed
  6. Spoon pureed Pears into the bottom of each flute glass
  7. Add 2 tsp of the reserved Pear juice to each glass
  8. Slowly pour in the Prosecco
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
