6 cups Chicken Broth
12oz Andouille Sausages sliced thin
2 15oz cans of Cannellini Beans drained
3 Celery stalks chopped
3 Carrots chopped
1 large Sweet Onion chopped
3 cloves Garlic finely chopped
1 Tbs dried Parsley
1 tsp dried Oregano
3 tsp Sea Salt
3 tsp Black Pepper
5 oz fresh Spinach
Instructions
Add all ingredients except Spinach into the Slow Cooker
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours
Add in Spinach, cover and cook additional 30 minutes
