Spinach Tomato and Ricotta White Pizza


  • 1 9inch thick Pizza Crust (I used Schar gluten free brand)
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 6 large Basil leaves chopped
  • 4 oz fresh Mozzarella sliced
  • 3 large Garlic Cloves minced
  • 6 Grape Tomatoes halved
  • 5 oz fresh Spinach
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbs EVOO


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (this is based on Schar pizza crust brand, cooking time will vary by what type of crust you use)
  2. In a large frying pan add EVOO and heat over med heat
  3. When oil is shimmering add Garlic and sauté 1 minute
  4. Add Spinach and sauté 3-4 minutes until Spinach has wilted, set aside
  5. In a medium bowl mix together Ricotta, Parmesan, and Basil
  6. Spread Ricotta mixture over crust
  7. Add Spinach and Garlic mixture
  8. Top with Mozzarella and Tomatoes
  9. Bake12 minutes or as directed on pizza package
  10. Enjoy!
