- 1 5oz package Baby Spinach
- 1 cup Strawberries halved and hulled
- 1/2 cup Pecan halves
- 1 cup shredded Carrots
- 1 3.5oz container of Feta Cheese crumbles
- 1 Avocado pitted removed from shell and diced
Instructions
- In large bowl add salad mix, strawberries, pecans, carrots, and feta. Lightly mix.
- Add avocado just before serving.
- Top with Poppyseed dressing.
