Arugula Pesto Pizza with Tomato and Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust (I used Schar gluten free brand)
  • 1/2 cup Arugula Pesto
  • 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 4 oz fresh Mozzarella sliced thin
  • 1 Roma Tomato sliced thin
  • 1/4 of a small Zucchini sliced thin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to temp suggested on pizza crust brand (I used Schar brand, so cook time is based on that)
  2. Place pizza crust on pizza pan
  3. Spread Arugula Pesto over crust
  4. Add Parmigiano Reggiano and Mozzarella
  5. Top with Tomato and Zucchini slices
  6. Bake according to pizza crust brand instructions
  7. Enjoy!
