Cilantro Lime Rice


  • 1 cup White Jasmine Rice
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 Tbs Lime Juice (juice from about 1 lime)
  • 2 Tbs chopped fresh Cilantro


  1. Add rice and water to a medium saucepan.
  2. Heat on high and bring to a boil.
  3. Turn heat down to low to simmer, cover, and cook 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat with lid on and let steam for 10 minutes.
  5. Add Lime Juice and Cilantro.
  6. Stir well and serve.
  7. Enjoy!
