These Coconut Flour Brownies are so moist and delicious. Every bite is ooey gooey and chocolatey… Oh and did I mention they’re Gluten Free? Yaassss!

- 1/2 cup Truvia White Sugar, you can substitute with 1 cup regular sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/3 cup Coconut Oil melted
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 8×8 baking pan with a little bit of Coconut Oil.
- In medium bowl add Eggs, Sugar, and Vanilla, mix well.
- In small bowl mix Cocoa Powder and Coconut Flour until blended.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stir.
- Add in Coconut Oil and stir until all lumps are gone.
- Add Chocolate Chips.
- Spread mix onto greased pan.
- Bake 30-35 minutes.
