Coconut Flour Brownies

These Coconut Flour Brownies are so moist and delicious. Every bite is ooey gooey and chocolatey… Oh and did I mention they’re Gluten Free? Yaassss!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Truvia White Sugar, you can substitute with 1 cup regular sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 8×8 baking pan with a little bit of Coconut Oil.
  3. In medium bowl add Eggs, Sugar, and Vanilla, mix well.
  4. In small bowl mix Cocoa Powder and Coconut Flour until blended.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stir.
  6. Add in Coconut Oil and stir until all lumps are gone.
  7. Add Chocolate Chips.
  8. Spread mix onto greased pan.
  9. Bake 30-35 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
