Lemon Dill Salmon Burgers

Today I made these Lemon Dill Salmon Burgers that can be grilled outside or in, which is perfect in case your BBQ gets rained out! These are topped with an easy-peasy Lemon Dill Tartar sauce as well, which will create a taste explosion in your mouth!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • For The Burgers:
  • 1 7.5oz can salmon drained and bones removed
  • 1 clove minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Gluten Free Panko
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Dill Weed
  • 1/4 of a Lemon juiced
  • For the Dill Sauce:
  • 2 Tbs Mayo
  • 1/4 of a Lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp Dill Weed
  • 1 clove minced Garlic

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl add Salmon, Garlic, Panko, Egg, Pepper, Dill, Lemon juice.
  2. Mix well and form into patties.
  3. Heat grill pan on med-high heat.
  4. Add Salmon patties to hot grill pan.
  5. Cook 4 minutes on each side.
  6. While the Salmon is cooking, make your sauce.
  7. In small bowl add Mayo, Lemon juice, Dill, and Garlic.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Top sauce over Salmon burgers.
  10. Enjoy!

Notes

If grilling outside, lay a piece of tin foil over the grill rack and pierce a few holes in it. Spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray. Then place the salmon burgers over the foil.
