This Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie has Omega 3s since we added Flaxseed Meal, making for a healthy Dairy Free breakfast!


  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Tbsp ground Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract


  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
