Smoked Salmon Avocado Dill Crostini



  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Slice Baguette 1-2 inches thick (or to your preference)
  3. Place on a baking sheet, bake 4 minutes each side until desired crispiness
  4. Add Garlic to food processor and blend 10-15 seconds until chopped
  5. Add Parsley, Dill, Avocado, Lemon Juice, Salt, and EVOO to food processor
  6. Blend 15-30 seconds until smooth
  7. Spread over crostini, top with Salmon, and garnish with extra Dill
  8. Enjoy!
