This Baked Brie with Garlic and Thyme is like an instant fondue, perfect for dipping into with a crusty baguette! This can be ready in about 25 minutes and is always a crowd favorite!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 oz Wheel of Brie Cheese
  • 1 Tbs EVOO
  • 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Fresh Thyme chopped
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Dash of Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Score the Brie in a criss-cross pattern across the top
  • Place Brie in an oven safe dish
  • In a small bowl whisk together EVOO, Garlic and Thyme
  • Spoon mixture over the top of Brie
  • Sprinkle with Sea Salt and Pepper
  • Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
  • Serve with veggies, chips, crostini or anything else you desire
  • Enjoy!

Notes

It's best to leave the rind on the brie as this will help hold it together. The rind is edible and gives it even more flavor.
