Wheel of Brie Cheese

Tbs
EVOO
3
Cloves
Minced Garlic
2
tsp
Fresh Thyme chopped
Pinch
of Sea Salt
Dash of Black Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Score the Brie in a criss-cross pattern across the top
Place Brie in an oven safe dish
In a small bowl whisk together EVOO, Garlic and Thyme
Spoon mixture over the top of Brie
Sprinkle with Sea Salt and Pepper
Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
Serve with veggies, chips, crostini or anything else you desire
Enjoy!
Notes
It's best to leave the rind on the brie as this will help hold it together. The rind is edible and gives it even more flavor.
