Boozy Chocolate Fondue with three simple ingredients. This is the perfect dessert for a cozy date night in, or for enjoying with some friends! Or if you prefer… a party of one (you don’t have to share, I don’t judge).

- 1 Tbs Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tbs Unsweetened Coconut Milk the kind in the refrigerated section
- 1 1/2 oz Kahlua
Grease the sides and bottom of a mini Crockpot with Coconut Oil.
Plug it in and add the Chocolate Chips.
Place cover on Crockpot.
Stir every 10 minutes until Chocolate is completely melted (about 30 minutes).
Slowly add in Kahlua and Coconut Milk.
Cover and let it cook for 20 more minutes until it's nice and creamy.
Dip your favorite fruit, cheese, or even pretzels into this and enjoy!
