  • 1 cup dry Quinoa
  • Juice from 1 Lime about 2-3 Tbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Cook Quinoa as directed on package
  • Once cooked add Lime Juice and Cilantro, mix well
  • Serve with your favorite Mexican dish
  • Enjoy!
