This Creamy Lemon Asparagus Spaghetti comes together in less than 30 minutes including prep time! The flavors of everything come together perfectly, creating a taste explosion with every bite!

- 6 oz Spaghetti I used Delallo gluten free spaghetti
- 1 bunch Asparagus chopped into 1 inch pieces (discard the woody thick bottom part)
- 4 Tbs EVOO divided
- 1 Small Sweet Onion chopped
- 3 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup White Cooking Wine
- 1 Lemon Zested and Juiced
- 1/2 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan + more for topping
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
- Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook Spaghetti as directed on package until al dente
While pasta is cooking add 2 Tbs EVOO to a large skillet and heat over med/high heat
When oil is shimmering add Asparagus and sprinkle a little Sea Salt and Pepper over it
Cook until crispy, 5-6 minutes then remove from skillet and set aside
Add 2 Tbs EVOO and Onions to skillet, sauté 3-4 minutes
Add Garlic and sauté 1 minute
Add Heavy Cream, Wine, Lemon Zest and Juice
Bring to a boil then turn the heat down and let it simmer for 5 minutes
Add Spaghetti, Asparagus, Parsley, Parmesan and stir until creamy
Season with Sea Salt and Pepper to your taste
Top with more Parmesan for serving
