- 4 boneless skinless Chicken breasts
For the Marinade:
- ¼ cup Orange Juice
- ¼ cup Tamari gluten free soy sauce
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 Tbs Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbs Rice Vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Mix together marinade ingredients
Place chicken in a large glass dish or ziploc bag
Pour marinade over chicken
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Prepare grill
Cook chicken over indirect heat for 30-35 minutes or until no longer pink in middle
Make sure to check the chicken every 5-10 minutes, flip and move the chicken around on the grill to prevent burning
