Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless Chicken breasts

For the Marinade:

  • ¼ cup Orange Juice
  • ¼ cup Tamari gluten free soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbs Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tbs Rice Vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

  • Mix together marinade ingredients
  • Place chicken in a large glass dish or ziploc bag
  • Pour marinade over chicken
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
  • Prepare grill
  • Cook chicken over indirect heat for 30-35 minutes or until no longer pink in middle
  • Make sure to check the chicken every 5-10 minutes, flip and move the chicken around on the grill to prevent burning
