Ok guys, I made a Healthy Broccoli Bacon Salad with Greek Yogurt Dressing the other day and did I mention it has BACON?!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of Broccoli chopped into small pieces about 4-5 cups
  • cup finely chopped Red Onion
  • 1 cup halved Cherry Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup dried Cranberries
  • ¼ cup Almond Slivers
  • 1 cup cooked Bacon chopped about ½ pound
  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 Tbs Honey

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon over medium heat, whiled cooking prepare salad.
  • In large bowl add broccoli, onion, tomatoes, cranberries, almond slivers, and then bacon once done.
  • In small bowl add greek yogurt, vinegar, and honey. Mix well.
  • Add the yogurt mixture to the salad and stir well to coat everything.
  • You can make this ahead of time and keep refrigerated.
  • Enjoy!
