Lemon Dill Salmon Burgers

Today I made these Lemon Dill Salmon Burgers that can be grilled outside or in, which is perfect in case your BBQ gets rained out! These are topped with an easy-peasy Lemon Dill Tartar sauce as well, which will create a taste explosion in your mouth!

Ingredients
  

For The Burgers:

  • 1 7.5 oz can salmon drained and bones removed
  • 1 clove minced Garlic
  • ¼ cup Gluten Free Panko
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Dill Weed
  • ¼ of a Lemon juiced

For the Dill Sauce:

  • 2 Tbs Mayo
  • ¼ of a Lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Dill Weed
  • 1 clove minced Garlic

Instructions
 

  • In medium bowl add Salmon, Garlic, Panko, Egg, Pepper, Dill, Lemon juice.
  • Mix well and form into patties.
  • Heat grill pan on med-high heat.
  • Add Salmon patties to hot grill pan.
  • Cook 4 minutes on each side.
  • While the Salmon is cooking, make your sauce.
  • In small bowl add Mayo, Lemon juice, Dill, and Garlic.
  • Mix well.
  • Top sauce over Salmon burgers.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

If grilling outside, lay a piece of tin foil over the grill rack and pierce a few holes in it. Spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray. Then place the salmon burgers over the foil.
