- 1 Baguette I used gluten free
- 1 small clove Garlic
- 1/2 cup fresh Italian Parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh Dill Weed
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup EVOO extra virgin olive oil
- 3-5 oz Smoked Salmon
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Slice Baguette 1-2 inches thick (or to your preference)
Place on a baking sheet, bake 4 minutes each side until desired crispiness
Add Garlic, Parsley, Dill, Avocado, Lemon Juice, Salt, and EVOO to food processor
Blend 15-30 seconds until smooth
Spread over crostini, top with Salmon, and garnish with extra Dill
