Smoky Chipotle BLT Wrap

I decided to make this version of a BLT into a Lettuce Wrap and added a new twist with some homemade Smoky Chipotle Sauce, which is highly addicting.

- 8 slices thick cut Bacon
- 4 large Romaine Lettuce Leaves
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 2 Roma Tomatoes sliced
- 1 Tbs Mayo
- ¼ teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Lime Juice
Add Bacon to large frying pan and cook over medium heat until desired crispiness, about 10-15 minutes.
While Bacon is cooking make Chipotle Mayo sauce.
In a small bowl add Mayo, Chipotle Chili Powder, Paprika, and Lime Juice.
Stir well and set aside.
Place cooked Bacon on paper towels to drain.
In each Lettuce Leaf evenly add Bacon, Avocado, and Tomato.
Drizzle Chipotle Mayo sauce over lettuce wraps.
