Smoky Chipotle BLT Wrap

I decided to make this version of a BLT into a Lettuce Wrap and added a new twist with some homemade Smoky Chipotle Sauce, which is highly addicting.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices thick cut Bacon
  • 4 large Romaine Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 Tbs Mayo
  • ¼ teaspoon Chipotle Chili Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Lime Juice

Instructions
 

  • Add Bacon to large frying pan and cook over medium heat until desired crispiness, about 10-15 minutes.
  • While Bacon is cooking make Chipotle Mayo sauce.
  • In a small bowl add Mayo, Chipotle Chili Powder, Paprika, and Lime Juice.
  • Stir well and set aside.
  • Place cooked Bacon on paper towels to drain.
  • In each Lettuce Leaf evenly add Bacon, Avocado, and Tomato.
  • Drizzle Chipotle Mayo sauce over lettuce wraps.
  • Enjoy!
