Spiced Pear Bellini

This Spiced Pear Bellini is so light, refreshing, and festive! This is a super easy cocktail to make and is so versatile. You could have this for Brunch, with Appetizers, or even Dessert!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz can Diced Pears
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • White Sugar
  • 1 bottle Prosecco

Instructions
 

  • Wet the rim of the flute glasses, I used a lime wedge for this but water works just as well
  • Pour Sugar and Cinnamon on a flat plate
  • Dip rim of flute glasses into Sugar and Cinnamon mixture and coat the rims well
  • Add Diced Pears to blender, reserve the juice and set aside
  • Blend until Pears are pureed
  • Spoon pureed Pears into the bottom of each flute glass
  • Add 2 teaspoon of the reserved Pear juice to each glass
  • Slowly pour in the Prosecco
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
