This Spicy Sausage and White Bean Soup with Spinach is super easy to make, hearty, and so flavorful! Just add everything to a Slow Cooker and dinner will be waiting for you when you come home at night!

- 6 cups Chicken Broth
- 12 oz Andouille Sausages sliced thin
- 2 15 oz cans of Cannellini Beans drained
- 3 Celery stalks chopped
- 3 Carrots chopped
- 1 large Sweet Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 1 Tbs dried Parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried Oregano
- 3 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 3 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 5 oz fresh Spinach
Add all ingredients except Spinach into the Slow Cooker
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours
Add in Spinach, cover and cook additional 30 minutes
Taste and add more salt or pepper to your liking
