- 1 5 oz package Baby Spinach
- 1 cup Strawberries halved and hulled
- ½ cup Pecan halves
- 1 cup shredded Carrots
- 1 3.5 oz container of Feta Cheese crumbles
- 1 Avocado pitted removed from shell and diced
In large bowl add salad mix, strawberries, pecans, carrots, and feta. Lightly mix.
Add avocado just before serving.
Top with Poppyseed dressing.
