These White Wine Mussels With Pasta (Gluten Free) come together in less than 30 minutes and all in one pot! This has to be one of the easiest, delicious meals I’ve ever made!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ box 12 ounce box uncooked Spaghetti (we used gluten free)
  • 5 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 3 Tbs Fresh Thyme
  • 1 ½ cups Dry White Cooking Wine
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 3 Tbs Butter
  • 2 lbs Fresh Black Mussels scrubbed, and rinsed

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients, except Mussels, into the Ninja Cooking System
  • Stir to combine
  • Add Mussels, then cover pot
  • Select Auto-IQ Quick Meals: Recipe 28 and press the Start/Stop button
  • Stir and serve
