Zucchini Noodles with Tuna and Cannellini Beans

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim ends off Zucchini
  2. Spiralize Zucchini with the smallest blade setting to create thin like noodles
  3. In a large frying pan add EVOO and heat over med/high heat
  4. When oil is warm add Zucchini noodles
  5. Saute 1-2 minutes
  6. Add Wild Selections Solid White Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil, Cannellini Beans, Lemon Juice, and Pepper
  7. Saute 1-2 minutes
  8. Plate and top with Capers, Parsley and more Lemon Juice if desired
  9. Serve immediately
