15 Minute Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 6 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 28 oz can crushed Tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt, you can use any kind of salt
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 510 large Basil leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. In large saute pan over high heat add olive oil and garlic
  2. Cook about 1 minute
  3. Add tomatoes and seasonings
  4. Add basil leaves
  5. Reduce heat to med-low
  6. Simmer about 15 minutes until thickened
  7. Note: You can store this in the fridge for around 5 days or freeze up to 3 months
  8. Makes 2 1/2 cups
