Blueberry Coconut Smoothie

Ok you guys, I have been on a major smoothie kick all summer. I’ve been experimenting every morning with a new smoothie for breakfast. This Blueberry Coconut Smoothie is Dairy Free and so delicious! 

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk plain greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbs Raw Cacao Powder
  • 2 Dates pitted
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
